Fulfillment
All orders are shipped during regular business hours, Monday through
Friday, 9 to 5, the next business day after your order is received.
Orders placed after 5pm on Friday or the weekend will ship on the following Monday.

In addition to being closed weekends, Prism is also closed on most national holidays which include:

Payment Method
We accept Mastercard, Visa and check. This is a secure site and all
information submitted to us is encrypted during transmission.
Special
Note if Ordering by check
If you order with a personal check, your order will be shipped after your
check has cleared and may take up to an additional 5 days. Cashiers or
bank checks will be honored immediately.
Credit
Card Authorization
If we find a problem with your order that results a higher amount than
the original order you placed, we will contact you by phone or e-mail
and let you know of the discrepency and ask for your authorization to
charge accordingly. If any error is in your favor, your credit card will
be charged less and you will be pleasently surprised. But we will never
charge more than what is authorized by you.
Out
of Stock Items
If an item is temporarily, or permanently, out of stock we will notify
you. In most instances, it is only a delay of one or two days. Items permanently
out of stock are removed from this site as soon as possible.
